The video has a recap of what has changed and I’ll post the notes below.
What’s new
This version maintains feature parity with vision 1.1, but with a new design for 2D content.
- Removed the 2D UI cards that were inside the volume.
- Added a new Editor Window. You can think of this as a floating inspector to manage the scene.
What to test
- The volume / graveyard is now resizable
- Using the new Editor window
- Open the editor without selecting a gravestone. You should see a button to create new records.
- Select a gravestone while the editor is open.
- The first tab of the editor will display form where you can edit the item.
- The delete button now prompts for confirmation
- A (temporary) selection indicator is shown above the gravestone when an item is selected.
- Change settings on the second tab of the editor. Explore the new default window placement for the editor. This will control the initial position of the editor when opening it.
Known issues
- If you have previously installed Project Graveyard, the uninstalled it, your CloudKit data will not load on first launch. Workaround: Launch the app once, then force quit it, then launch it again.
